Micro Finance Department

RMCL has been providing its microfinance services in four different modalities.

  1. Modified Grameen Model
  2. Joint Liability Group Model
  3. Commodity wise Model
  4. Individual Model

1. Modified Grameen Model

This model has developed to provide financial services to the low income families. These groups are formed of five women members. Center meeting are conducted on the monthly basis. Centers are established with at least two groups to six groups. Loans are disbursed on the basis of group guarantee.

2. Joint Liability Group Model

This model has developed to provide financial service in the urban areas. This model targets to the business people. Five to ten business women/Men or entrepreneurs from neighboring area can form a business group. The group meets themselves and submits meeting documents and collected loan installments and savings to the office.

3. Commodity wise Model

These groups are formed of five women or Men members. Groups are separated as per nature of product that members’ produces. Mass production reduces the unit cost of product than it positively impacts to producer and consumer so this model focuses to the commodity wise group.

4. Individual Model

Individual loans are disbursed on the base of collateral & non collateral. Collateral Loan has provided on the base of sufficient collateral and Non Collateral Loan has provide on the base business appraisal basis.
